It is expensive to lose a trained employee or contractor. It is expensive to find a replacement and train them all over again.<\/li>\n<li>It is a boon because it is an opportunity to review and re-engineer the job description and the role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In this day and age, job descriptions are not static, they are dynamic.
