Be mindful, not reckless. <\/p>\n<p>Finding the balance is a lot like calibrating a musical instrument. It may take time, patience, and skill. But it is worth it. If you want instant gratification or don&#8217;t make the effort to tune your instrument, you&#8217;ll get bad music. <\/p>\n<p>If your organization does not reward thoughtful action, don&#8217;t fight it.
