The notion of being organized and in control is an illusion. Life at work is more like a sine wave<\/a>, with ups and downs.<\/p>\n

Save half your admiration for those who overcome adversity, conflict, challenges. These are those who hit the bottom and bounce right back up. The remaining admiration should be for those can be level headed when they are on the way up and hit the top of the wave.<\/p>\n
