Assuming you have recognized the importance of “learning,” there are several options available to you.
There is no substitute to getting out there and practicing. Sure, you’ll make a few mistakes, be careful, take the level of risk you can afford.
Successful companies have multiple “routes to market” or ways to reach their customers. Learn from this by increasing the number of “routes” by which knowledge, experience, and insight can get to you.
Be “ready to receive” when it does get to you. Then act. That is when real learning happens, when your behavior changes.
